Refund Policy

Make My Promo is an online seller of Blank & decorated promo products. Our main aim is to sell decorated promo products with low minimums and quick turnarounds nation wide, however we also sell blank products at very low margins.

 As you may appreciate that the cost of handling is very high when compared to the cost of the promotional item and hence it is very important that you choose the item in the correct colour before ordering.

 All cancellations including change of mind returns will incur a fee of $20.00 per invoice.

 Returns for faulty or Incorrect Items

If the items that you have received are faulty/incorrect, then you are eligible for a refund, please request for a RA (Return Authority) by sending an email to with description of the fault to mypromo@makemypromo.com.au

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
